WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE SALE OF
THE LISTED MACHINE BASED UPON SAID INFORMATION. BUYER
HEREBY AGREES THAT THE OBLIGATIONS CREATED UNDER SUCH
WARRANTIES, IN CONTRACT OR AT LAW, IF ANY, ARE THE SOLE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER.

Preferred
deposit payment method is PayPal.
If you must use another method for the deposit payment,
please contact me before bidding.
Total payment must be received no later than 7 days after
the auctions end or a non-paying bidder claim will be filed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
INFORMATION:
Buyer agrees to the following payment methods:
1. Deposit via Pay Pal (maximum $1000.00)
2. Electronic Transfer of Funds (preferred)
3. Cash (in person)
4. Personal Check (once cleared the seller's financial
institution)
5. Cashier's Check/Money Order (once cleared)
6. Buyer acknowledges that the machine will not be
released for shipment
until a Cashier's Check/Money Order is verified and
cleared or until
a Personal Check has cleared the financial institution
of Seller.
After the auction has been completed, the winning bidder
must contact EZ4UAuctions within 24 hours and make
arrangements for payment at that time. To reserve the
machine, Buyer agrees to make a $1000.00 deposit within 24
hours of the auctions completion and to pay the remainder
within 7 days of the auctions end. If no contact is made
within 24 hours ez4uauctions reserves the right to re-list
the equipment, sell it to the next highbidder, or sell it
otherwise.
SHIPPING:
Buyer agrees that he/she is responsible for the pickup
and/or the shipping of this Skid Steer. In the event Buyer
plans to use a third-party service to ship the machine,
EZ4UAuctions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the
Buyer. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to locate and
pay said third-party service. Buyer can locate shippers by
doing a search for shippers.
FEE AND TAX INFORMATION:
Buyers agrees to pay all applicable taxes and fees in the
state where they register the machine.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS:
Seller hereby acknowledges that EZ4UAuctions is a limited
agent of Seller for the sole purpose of listing Seller’s
Skid Steer. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
EZ4UAuctions from any loss to any part to this agreement (or
any party to any other agreement arising out of this
agreement), and from any claim or liability, whether in
contract or in tort, arising from the sale of the listed
vehicle or any transaction related thereto. Said
indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any
mediation fees, arbitration fees, court costs or attorney’s
fees involved in any dispute or action arising out of any
transaction related to the sale of the vehicle described
herein.
